According to the requirements and standards of GB/T19001-2008(idtISO9001:2008), TDC created and improved the quality management system for the manufacturing and service of our High-speed steel products, drills, taps and saw products, and established “continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence” to be our quality guide line.

TDC emphasizes product quality control during manufacture rather than inspection. Quality control through the manufacturing process will ensure the quality of the final product, and each process should hold to the same standard of quality control and inspection. Therefore, we train each employee for quality awareness, inspection and control throughout every process. This ensures that we can find the defects quickly and avoid any processing of defective products.Once quality problems are found, we will immediately convene technical and production staff team collaboration together, trying to solve the problem in the first priority.

Each production employees at work is not executing command from superiors, more important is to actively participate, play a role in decision-making and decision support. The principle of formation of the team is not completely divided by administrative level, but mainly based on the business relationship.
