Mending and Recycling

Based on the concepts of resource recycling, environmental protection, and sustainable development, TDC mending service was established, and is being served to fix broken cutting tools to “almost brand new”status, in order to help customers achieve better cutting performance and shorter cycle time.

Compared with new cutting tools, fixed ones have identical performance, but same cutting quality. The process cost gets reduced.

TDC mending service consists of three main steps: Broken Tool Evaluation; Re-grinding; Analyzing and Processing. Eligible tools for mending service include Solid Carbide Drill, Solid Carbide End Mill, Solid Carbide Tap and other cutting tools.
